FAQ's

The Plugins section is where all third-party integrations (like payment, SMS, email, and calling services) are listed and managed. It allows you to connect your own service credentials and activate the corresponding features on the platform.

You can configure the following service types:

  • Payment Gateways – Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
  • SMS Gateways – Twilio, MSG91, etc.
  • Email Services – SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.
  • Calling Services – such as automated voice call APIs.

No, the platform comes with these services pre-integrated technically. You just need to provide your own account credentials—like API keys—to activate them for your application.

To activate any service, you’ll need to provide:

  • Public Key
  • Secret Key
  • Sender ID or other credentials based on the service type
These details are generally available in your account dashboard on the third-party provider’s website.

All technical integrations are already handled by our team (AptoNix). You only need to submit your API credentials; we’ll configure and update them from the backend to make the plugin live.

Credentials are usually shared with the implementation team securely (via encrypted channels). Once provided, they are updated from our side into the plugin configuration module.

Yes. You can switch providers at any time by sharing new credentials. The platform supports multiple providers per category, and changes can be managed with admin support.

Many providers offer test/sandbox modes. If you want to enable a plugin for testing first, mention it while sharing your credentials, and our team will configure it accordingly.

You’ll need to register with your preferred providers (e.g., create a Razorpay or Twilio account). Once registered, generate the required API keys and share them with us for configuration.

Yes. Once activated, these services (e.g., payment or SMS) will be universally functional across all relevant panels and workflows within the platform.

After activation, the service will automatically function where it’s needed (e.g., payment gateway at checkout, SMS for OTP). You can perform a real-time test (like placing an order or sending an OTP) to verify functionality.

Yes. These services are billed directly by the third-party provider, based on your usage and plan. The platform does not charge anything extra for enabling the integration.
