FAQ's

The Sub-Admin module allows the dispatcher to create and manage sub-admins—team members who can assist with specific tasks such as handling bookings, reports, or allocations. It also enables assigning roles, defining access permissions, and controlling credit distribution if applicable.

Yes. You can create multiple roles with different permissions (e.g., view bookings, manage reports, allocate tasks) and assign them to each sub-admin based on their responsibilities.

For each sub-admin, you can:

  • Edit their details
  • Block/Unblock access
  • Delete the sub-admin

Change their assigned role at any time

Go to the Roles & Configuration section, enter a role name, and select specific permissions (like access to bookings, reports, or allocation settings). Save the role, and it will be available for assignment.

Permissions include:

  • Viewing and editing bookings
  • Access to reports
  • Allocation settings
  • Credit distribution (if enabled)

You can toggle access for each module independently.

Navigate to the Manage Sub-Admins tab and fill out the required fields:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Zone or shift
  • Select a previously defined role
  • Set or use a default password

Click Add to create the sub-admin.

Yes. Once you update a sub-admin’s role or permissions, the changes are applied immediately and will reflect on their next login.

Yes. While editing the sub-admin’s profile, you can reset their password manually or reassign the default password.

This depends on your platform setup. If enabled, admin logs or activity reports may show actions taken by sub-admins. Contact support for this feature.

If notification settings are enabled in your system, sub-admins can receive automated emails when their account is created, updated, or blocked/unblocked.

This depends on your security settings. The account may be temporarily locked or flagged. Admins can unlock or reset the password manually.
