FAQ's

The “Project Detail” section under Settings allows administrators to configure core settings related to the app’s branding, customer support information, and platform behavior. This includes general information, customization options, API keys, URLs, and profile management.

You can update the App Name and Company Name under the General Settings tab in the Project Detail section. These names may be visible to users in various parts of the platform, so keep them consistent with your brand.

The Admin URL is used internally for redirection purposes within the admin panel. It doesn’t affect how customers access your platform.

The Support Email entered here will be displayed to users on the Contact Us page and during customer support interactions. Make sure it is regularly monitored.

The Hotline Number will appear alongside the support email during customer support actions. It’s typically used for urgent queries or emergency communication.

Under Customization Settings, you can select the default currency to be used throughout the platform—for example, USD, INR, or CAD.

Decimal Precision defines how many decimal places are shown for fare or amount calculations. This ensures clarity and accuracy for both the admin and users.

This defines how long the system waits for a driver to accept a booking. If no driver responds within this timeframe, the booking is auto-cancelled, and the user is notified accordingly. You can adjust this time as needed.

This is the emergency number that gets called when a user taps the SOS button in the app. It should be a number that can respond to urgent situations.

Supported countries limit where your app operates. The Places API and location suggestions will work only within the countries selected here.

When enabled, users will see a detailed tax breakdown in their invoices. If disabled, only the total amount will be shown.

If enabled, users will go through an OTP (One-Time Password) verification flow during registration or login. This enhances security but can be turned off if not required.

The Intro Screen displays walkthrough images and descriptions when a user opens the app for the first time. Enable this if you want to onboard users with guided visuals.

If Dynamic CMS is enabled, you can create and manage additional CMS pages from the admin panel. Disabling this restricts you to predefined content sections only.

Yes. Use the Allow Cash Payments setting to enable or disable cash as a payment method. If disabled, users must pay online.

You can switch the Distance Measurement Unit under Customization Settings. Choose between Miles and Kilometers depending on your region or preference.

When enabled, the admin will receive a notification whenever any key platform documents are updated.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a security step to your admin panel login. After entering your password, you’ll be prompted to enter a code sent to your email.

This section allows you to set:

  • Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • App store URLs for customer and driver apps
  • Dispatcher links
  • API keys for Google Maps and Facebook login

These are essential for third-party integrations and frontend redirection.

In the Edit Profile section, you can change your name, email address, and phone number. You can also update your password from here.
