The Notification panel is your direct communication channel with drivers or users. Send real-time messages to update, alert, or engage—all from one screen.

Interface Overview:

  • Notification Title Box – Add a concise subject line
  • Search Bar – Find users via name or email
  • Message Box – Write your announcement or update
  • User Table – View recipients with their image, name, email, and phone
  • Send Notification Button – Hit to broadcast your message instantly!

FAQ's

The Notification Panel allows dispatchers to send custom messages to all users or selected users (drivers/customers) on the platform in real-time.

Notifications can be sent to:

  • All users on the platform
  • A specific group of users
  • Individual drivers or customers

Dispatchers need to fill in:

  • Notification Title (e.g., “Promo Alert”, “System Update”)
  • Notification Message (e.g., “Get 20% off on rides today!”)
  • Target Audience (Select “All” or choose specific users)

  1. Enter a title and message.
  2. Select the “Send to All” option.
  3. Click “Send Notification”.

All registered users will receive the message.

  3. Enter the title and message.

No. Currently, notifications are sent immediately after clicking “Send”. Scheduled or automated notifications are not yet supported.

Yes—once the system’s API is integrated. Currently, if API integration is not complete, the messages won’t be delivered.

If API integration is active, the system will confirm success. Without API, notifications won’t go through, even if the process completes on the UI.

At the moment, the dispatcher panel does not display a history log of past notifications. This may be part of a future enhancement.

No. Only text-based titles and messages are supported in the current version.
